রিটার্ন পলিসি (Return Policy)
পণ্য গ্রহণের ৩ দিনের মধ্যে রিটার্ন করার নিয়মাবলী নিচে দেওয়া হলো।
আমরা আমাদের পণ্যের সর্বোচ্চ গুণগত মান নিশ্চিত করতে চেষ্টা করি। যদি কোনও কারণে আপনি পণ্যটি নিয়ে সন্তুষ্ট না হন বা পণ্যটি ত্রুটিপূর্ণ হয়, তাহলে পণ্যটি গ্রহণের ৩ দিনের মধ্যে রিটার্ন করতে পারবেন।
রিটার্নের শর্তাবলী:
- পণ্যটি অবশ্যই ব্যবহারহীন, অক্ষত এবং তার মূল প্যাকেজিংসহ ফেরত দিতে হবে।
- রিটার্নের সাথে অবশ্যই ইনভয়েস বা অর্ডার কনফার্মেশন প্রদান করতে হবে।
- ব্যবহৃত বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্য রিটার্ন গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।
- দয়া করে লক্ষ্য করুন, ডেলিভারি চার্জ ফেরতযোগ্য নয়। শুধুমাত্র পণ্যের মূল্য ফেরত প্রদান করা হবে।
